So this is what I have been working on in my storyboarding class. This is the process that I had to go through to get to my most recent part of this project. and I kinda advise people to do this process from time to time.
So STEP BY STEP:
Step 1: Find 3 fairy tails and read them and then write words that you feel while reading or whole thoughts.
Step 2: chose 3-5 of the words ( I suggest Eani meani miny mo, or drawing from a hat to make it a random pick)
Step 3: Draw 36 abstract-ish drawings
Step 4: Chose 18 of the 36 to develop more clearly ( don't worry about perspective at this point)
Step 5: chose 6 of the 18 to develop even more and start working perspective into the drawing
Step 6: chose 3 of the six to finalize perspective, orientation, and characters.
STEPS TO COME:
Step 7: do 4 lighting studies for each of your 3 drawings ( you should have a total of 12 drawings)
Step 8: after that chose 1 lighting study from each of your 3 drawings and finish the 3 drawings. using color or grayscale
So in end you will have 3 completely finished drawings

Copic sketch Markers Cool Grey 2,5,and 8
Copic Multi-liners 7
